Red velvet chia smoothie




Bananas – 2

Strawberries – 5

Raspberries – 10

Chia seeds – 4 teaspoons

Vanilla extract – 2 to 3 drops

Greek Yogurt – 1 cup


Add everything into a juice blender and mix on high speed for 4-5 minutes. That’s it! Your ‘ready to go’ healthy breakfast smoothie is done!

It tastes thick and delicious! I was glad that I did not add any extra sugar. This was my first time incorporating chia seeds in my smoothies – I loved the crunchy texture it brought to my palate.
